 आरंभिक उपचार 7- 9 वर्ष के बच्चों में कर सकते हैं इसमें अक्सर जबड़े की हड्डियों को ठीक किया जाता है या कुछ मोटे छोटे संशोधन किए जाते हैं।किशोर अवस्था में उपचार ज्यादातर लोग ऐसे होते हैं जो अपने अंतिम दूध का दांत गिरने के बाद ही दांतों पर तारबंदी करवाते हैं यह 11 से 16 साल तक किया जाता है। इस उम्र में दांत ज्यादा बड़े होने के कारण जबड़े में पूरे नहीं आ पाते इसके लिए फिक्स ब्रेसेस लगाए जाते हैं।
बेसिक अवस्था में उपचार -

Denture- Removable partial dentures usually consists of replacement teeth attached to pink for gum coloured plastic base.Depending on your needs, your dentist will design a partial denture for you. A partial denture may have a metal framework&claps that connect to your teeth, or they have other connectors that are more natural looking. In some case a removable partial denture is made to attach to your natural teeth with device called precision attachment. Precision attachment are generally more esthetic than claps.

Crown on your natural teeth are some time needed to improve the fit of a removable partial denture and they are usually required with attachment. Partial denture with present attachment is generally caused more than those with clapss. Consult with your dentist to find out which type in right of you.
